A psychiatric evaluation is a clinical interview that occurs during the first visit with our provider. The evaluation is a comprehensive assessment to discuss your current symptoms, health concerns, and personal health history to establish a diagnosis and determine the best treatment for your symptoms
Follow Up (Current Patient) $150

Follow-up appointments are important to discuss your progress on the treatment plan, changes in symptoms, medication management, and medication refills.
