Do you take insurance?

Yes, we accept some major insurances including Aetna, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona- as well as self-pay options. We do not take AHCCCS, Medicaid or Medicare.

How much is an appointment without insurance?

Initial Evaluation $250

Follow-up appointments $125.

Payment is due in full 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

What ages do you see?

We see adults ages 18-64 years old.

Do you charge a fee for late cancellations or missed appointments?

We do charge a $50 no-show fee and late cancellation. We request 48hr notice.

Do you prescribe controlled medications?

Modern Mind Psychiatry does NOT prescribe benzodiazepine medications (Ativan, Xanax, Klonopin, etc.)

Where do I see my provider?

Appointments are virtual throughout Arizona, Washington, & New Mexico. You will receive a secure link to connect join your appointment. In person appointments are required 1-2x per year if taking a stimulant.
